Mr. Harold Jiya

Mr Harold Jiya is a veteran banker with over 20 years’ management and leadership experience. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of National Bank of Malawi (NBM) plc and has been an Executive Director on the NBM plc Board since 2016. He has extensive board experience, having served on several boards of leading companies in the private and public sector .
Mr Jiya holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Exeter University in UK, a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) Degree from the University of Malawi, Polytechnic, and an ACIB/BSc (Honors) from UK. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Advanced Management Leadership program of Insead France and Oxford University’s Said Business School.
Mr. Damien Kafoteka

Mr. Kafoteka is an experienced business executive and strategist. He was previously the Managing Director for MPICO Plc and its subsidiaries. His experience in executive management has spanned more than 35 years having worked as Finance Director of Old Mutual Malawi Limited, as well as Chief Financial Officer for many companies such as Petroleum Importers Limited, Malawi Pharmacies Limited and Peoples Trading Centre /Mc Connell. He currently also serves on the Board of Select Financial Services Limited and has previously served on the Boards of National Bank of Malawi, Telekom Networks Malawi and Press Corporation Limited. Mr. Kafoteka is a Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA, UK), CPA (Mw) and holds a Bachelors of Commerce in Accounting (BCom) from the University of Malawi Polytechnic, and a Diploma in Business Studies.
Mr. Harry Mukaka

Mr. Harry Mukaka is a senior member of National Bank of Malawi. As Head of Treasury and Financial Institutions since 2006 he has a wealth of experience and expertise. He holds an MBA (Financial Management) from the University of Exeter. He also has a BA (Public Administration) from the University of Malawi, Chancellor College. He has also attended various short courses in treasury and risk management.
Mr. Martin Anthony Siwu

Mr. Martin Anthony Siwu has extensive experience in development finance and commercial banking extending over a period of 29 years. He has previously worked for Reserve Bank of Malawi as an Economist, Investment & Development Bank of Malawi as a Project Appraisal Executive, Standard Bank Malawi as Head of Credit and Head of Client Coverage, NBS Bank as Chief Operating Officer & Head of Credit and Nedbank Malawi as Head of Wholesale Sales. Martin has extensive knowledge and experience in Project Appraisal and Due Diligence, Investment Analysis and Valuation, Credit and Operational Risk Management and Corporate and Investment Banking. He has a Masters Degree in Finance from London Business School, University of London, United Kingdom and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Chancellor College, University of Malawi.
